| Sometimes when the update utility is run more than once, awards data becomes
inaccessible. The solution is to re-install the update. After
installing, on the final screen if you check 'Run the Program File' this will
run the update utility. Do not attempt to run the update utility again.
You should be able to access awards after following these steps. |
